I just wanted to tell Tim how very proud I am of him … and how brilliant I think he is. I’m an Australian who has followed his career for a very long time, and just this weekend got to see him in all his glory as Judas in the Australian production of Jesus Christ Superstar. As good as I always knew he was, his performance absolutely took my breath away and I felt SO VERY PROUD to be in that audience. I saw the original in 1972 when I was 11 yrs old – it set me on a path of a love of musicals that I am so grateful for and I have seen the best of the best – I want Tim to know that this production was right up there with the best of them and even moreso for his part in it … and Ben Forster – OMG .. just stellar performances from both of you. THANK YOU Tim … any time you make your way back home there will be a white wine waiting for you in the sun.
