Hi Tim, I wasat your show in Darlinton last week and YOU WERE AWESOME! Not like the overused Americanism "like so totally awesome" or some annoying thing but awesome as in you created a great sense of awe about the room, you are a genious Particularly that new poem "Storm", i love atheist rants and that was the best i have ever heard by a longshot You have forever my love, my honor and my respect.

Ben on Friday, 31 October 2008

Hi Tim, We saw your show at the Bloomsbury last night and thought it was absolutely awesome but were all GUTTED that we couldn't buy the CD of the show afterwards! Are you planning on releasing one and if so when???

Becca with the DVD on Friday, 31 October 2008

Tim, the Belfast gig was immense. Belfast ♥ you so you have to come back! I absolutely loved 'Prejudice' and the return of the ol' favourite 'Canvas Bag' was appreciated. I knew it would be done as soon as I saw the fan. I was one of the front-rowers, the one with the DVD 'cos I am hardcore! Cannot wait for the new DVD and or CD so I can listen to all the new stuff again, perhaps out in time for Christmas? I need to fill up my new iPod which I have christened (or had named at the non-existant naming ceremony) Tim as you were so nice and charming. Rock On!

Elena on Friday, 31 October 2008

Well done again, Tim. Had a lovely evening. I spoke to you on the phone the other day. I know this is information is pointless, but love you Minch. Bloomsbury Last night. Me: *Screaming from the balcony.* You: Oh thank God you're there, I was getting worried. Keep doing what you do, it influences people to do great things. Elena xxxx xx

Just got the email with the Aussie tour dates announced.. I am a little bit over-excited. I quite enjoyed the show in Brissy last year so I will be definitely coming along in March. And bringing my best friend who is a massive fan. Can't wait to see you! x

Zoe Timney on Thursday, 30 October 2008

My name is Zoe Timney and I really love your songs. I wish I could come and see you when you come to Worcester but I don't think that my mum would let me, which really sucks. I hope you come back to Worcester when I'm older, better yet come and play in Malvern! I first saw you on the secret policemans ball, that song was really good, will be available to download on here at any point? Oh yeah, I thought you were really good on never mind the buzzcocks, you didn't make a fool of your self.

faye lockwood ( dumb blonde in durham market ) on Thursday, 30 October 2008

I am so sorry! I have now watched some of your comedy sketches and they are almost (u must understand i am a little biased i haved loved bill bailey so long)as brilliant as his musical commedy skits and my girlfriend and i laughed alot at the blow up doll rendition! So sorry about meeting you in durham and being so rude, its just i have had so many fits over the last three months my memory has been really bad! You must of thought i was really ignorant! I have had 2 epileptic fits this week so thats why i havent remembered sooner, but what i will say is we really enjoyed your stuff and friends live in york so i will be looking into buying tickets for leeds! Once again i am really sorry and if i can ever make it up to you, like needing a place to stay when your in the north - just ask! It would be a pleasure

arin on Thursday, 30 October 2008

SUSIE on Thursday, 30 October 2008

Hey Tim - awesome gig at Cheltenham last night! I've known about you for a while so it was great to finally see you live. If I Didn't Love You and...aww man I forgot what it was called! The one about the journalist? Yesh they we're great. Good times. I must say I totally love your hair - I've gone short and spikey so I can't backcomb it anymore but anyway it looks awesome on you! Any chance you will come back to Gloucestershire in the near future? Ooooh one other question - how do you memorise all those lyrics??? I mean I know a few of your songs but whoah thats a lot to memorise haha. My friend has a theory that you backcombing is just a way to disguise that big brain of yours with all that knowledge and witt. Yeah so I'm not really getting anywhere with any of this. In summery: You are totally awesome, with awesome hair and awesome voice. I think that sums it up preeeetty well. Susie xxxxxx

Theatric_Fanatic on Wednesday, 29 October 2008

Wow I love your stuff. I would call it work, but stuff just embodies it so much more. I would (probably... possibly... if it happened to sui y current ambitions) kill someone to come and see a live show- but it is so frustratingly complex what with the lack of time and the places you happen to be playing. I saw you are playing in Melbourne next year on the 22nd of April; my sixteenth birthday; and I thought it would be so incredible to come and watch.... Although I live in England. Well, not even England, a pinprick island in the middle of the Irish sea. Well if there is a 'theoretical hypothetical parallel life' then maybe I shall find a way to get there. Anyway, what you do is fantastic, incredible, hilarious, (insert more postive adjectives) Love xxx Michelle

Tim, Why have i never heard you before 2 weeks ago! You have made my past 2 weeks extremely entertaining! Your lyrics are like those fizzy shoe lace sweets, you don't know what the fuck is going but you still eat them cos they make your mouth go fuzzy and tingly :)

I´m so sad that I can´t afford going to the Uk to see one of your shows. I´m stuck here in humor-free Germany and all I can do is enjoying your songs through some cables. You really brighten every day with your adorable songs.

So you have become part of my evening routine! Just think there are so clever, im sorry I dont think I have the vocalbury to say what I wanna; basically saying that I love your songs and wanted you to know!! Im John 26, a designer and live in Edinburgh. Keep doing what you do please, always puts a smile on my face and im sure Im not the only one!!

Sam on Monday, 27 October 2008

Ryan Howlett on Monday, 27 October 2008

Tim, just been switched onto you by a good friend and went to see your show down in Brighton the other week. Didn't know what to expect and was more than impressed with your set. Really good to see some intelligent well thought out comedy with a real message attached. Brilliant! Keep up the good work man, oh and I loved your playing. Very Oscar Peterson, not at all Elton John! Looking forward to the next gig. In the mean time I have your wonderful DVD which I am now inflicting on all my friends! Just a note for anyone considering getting the DVD, I ordered it through the site on Monday and it arrived by the end of the week! I think that’s even better than Amazon.

Thinwhiteduke11 on Monday, 27 October 2008

Saw the gig in Belfast last night and it was incredible. Thank you Tim for a fabulous night. And thanks for coming out to chat to everyone afterwards, you were so charming and sweet and it really made my night. I was the pregnant one, and you touched my tummy and told my husband the baby was gonna be ginger. I kinda hope it is..... The new material is fantastic, 'Storm' particularly blew me away, I can't wait for the DVD to come out so I can hear it again. The whole show was fab. Thanks for the laughs, I love you x

Rachel on Sunday, 26 October 2008

Hi Tim, I have only recently just discovered you after seeing you on Never Mind the Buzzcocks and The Secret Policeman's ball but I think you are hilarious and I loved the song. Can't wait to buy the DVD and I hope to see you when you come and perform in Manchester, or even better Buxton Opera house as it is only down the road.

Hannah on Sunday, 26 October 2008

Well hello there!, I was going to firstly ask about the Secret Policemans Ball but now I have just read a comment that said you were in Darlington, I wonder if this is Darlington, Co Durham, UK? If so, I am very upset that I didn't hear about you coming to the town, if not, I guess I don't feel too bad! I really enjoyed the "if I didn't have you" song you performed and wonder how you managed to keep a straight face?

Fletch on Sunday, 26 October 2008

Hanna on Sunday, 26 October 2008

Hi! I just wanted to drop by to say "hello" and a huge "thank you". I'm a relatively new fan but still, as thrilled as anyone can be for finally finding an artist with love songs I can actually listen to without my brain cells getting suicidal. I can't wait to drag myself out of the chilliness that is Finland and back to Britain (well, obviously Australia's a tad warmer but also a tad far away) and see you live. Oh and ps, "If I Didn't Have You" at The Secret Policeman's Ball this year was the highlight of the whole show - especially the spot-on choreography.

Just a note of interest lest anyone doubts the awesome global power of Tim Minchin. After discovering Tim on the website Reddit I made a simple comment on this guest book expressing my joy and appreciation of his wonderful work. If live in Texas, USA. We don't get anything this funny in my part of the world. After all, President Bush hails from here. Then an odd thing happened. As an aspiring author I left my website address not realizing that readers of guest log would see my URL. The humble site promoting my yet unpublished book has received hits from all of the globe as a result of a mere link on Tim's guest book. I'm not sure if I should laugh or weep, but most of my traffic this week came from Tim fans. I am certain now that when my book gets published Tim will somehow be responsible. It's an honor to ride his coattails! Much love to Tim and all of you.

But if that's a long way off, any chance we would be able to make do with your So Live DVD? (There doesn't seem to be any North American version for our screwy DVD players.)

Hey, Your tour has already passed it's time in Brighton, England. i was just wondering when you'll be coming back. i can't believe i missed out on seeing you perfom this year :( although I am trying to persuade a certain someone to take me up to London on the 21st December!!.. but it's not really working. My friend Louise just wanted me to let you know that she thinks you ARE SO F**KING ROCK !! (i do too but don't panic we're not crazed fans)...but we are both getting your DVD So Live "coz it so is"!! and two of your CDs for Christmas. I think your poem Angry (feet) is very cleverly put together and really funny Anyway i'm starting to feel like i've written too much now so i'm going to stop now or I'll probably end up annoying people !!

Megan on Monday, 20 October 2008

I totally agree with emily, you should record a version of Hallelujah!! I was also wondering if your going to be at Edinburgh fringe next year?? I'm going and it would be ace if I could see you perform there? Also, was at your Sheffield gig last week, was AMAZING!!! and i loved the Christmas song :) xx

Emily on Monday, 20 October 2008

Tim, you should do a proper recorded version of hallelujah, ive seen the clip on youtube varies amounts of times, its a great song and you just make it better. Drunk or not you have a excellent voice. Or do it just for me :D I'm studying camera work, photography etc. at the moment, so I will do all the filming or anything for free! MAS, Think about it!

I am frightened of my penis. Standing here on the top of it allows me to get a great signal but I think I will need a stiff drink to get back to my bottom. I can see some double faced cosmetic pads over there so i might jump. The last time I was in this position I slipped and landed arse over tit. But I am feeling more cocky this time. If you dont here from me in a minute you will know that I will have jumped and missed. I am so scared but I cant stay up here for ever. Okay here goes...wish me luck. thinwhiteduke11 on Sunday, 19 October 2008

I can't imagine how it must feel to know people feel this way about you. I, like so many others fell in love with you this month because of the Secret Policeman's Ball and Buzzcocks, and I too have spent 'the vast majority of my time' on youtube/angry(feet) etc watching you. I don't know how you do it but I think you're awesome, hilarious, gorgeous, sexy, funny, incredibley clever..... ad infinitum! Have seen many wonderful comedians in my time but never before been so affected. It's like when I was 14 and had a crush on Bruce Willis (in his Moonlighting/pre action movie days) & I had pictures of him in my locker and it used to hurt because I knew I'd never get to meet him. My God I'm grown woman! What's wrong with me? Incidentally, can't wait to see you in Belfast. Thanks for the music, love you x

micky on Sunday, 19 October 2008

Hi (assuming this is the real tim minchin) i watched your gig in Wakefield and you were so amazing, i got to meet you and everything which was so exciting, not many comedians stay behind to meet there fans which makes you even cooler, my little brother was excited to be your emo bear and pleased to get his shoes back which i rescued, look forward to seeing you in future tours, keep up the good work love micky x

Tim, I feel it is entirely necessary to share with you that I'm taking a week out of my genetic research placement in Finland to come see you in Aberdeen(I'm from Glasgow) and that I am very much looking forward to hearing some sensible thinking on the science front and also looking forward to a good laugh. Ya wee legend-see you Thursday(if Ryanair manages to deliver me safely)! x

John Prentice on Sunday, 19 October 2008

Hey Tim! I am from Canada, and have friends that just left for England. So if you get approached at a gig by a very petite redhead seeking your autograph for your biggest fan in Canada, it is for me. As a sidenote, if you ever do come to Canada, please let me know! I'll be there.

Well hello Mr Tim Minchin. I was slightly bored so i thought i'd comment a complete comedy legend. Your songs actually make me wanna use canvas bags instead of plastic ones. Anyway i reckon you should do a gig up in Liverpool (we promise we wont mug you). Hoping one day to be as talented a writer as you are :-) Harriet xxx

Stephen Crossley (A.k.a Crozzly) on Saturday, 18 October 2008

I was completely gobsmacked today when I notcied you had a Gig at Durham I was literally wet.....yeah well I was pretty excited. My only regret is that Id already book tickets to see another comedian on the same night would you believe. I sent a message to your UK homebase though asking when your next tour was I AM NOT GOING TO MISS IT!! Your a visionary and you dont wear socks on stage. YOU ARE A LEGEND!!! good luck and hope your tour goes well. Cant get enough of your work. Ciao

Gracie on Saturday, 18 October 2008

Hey Tim! I saw you on Secret Policeman's Ball and I loved the song!! Now I can't get "If You Really Loved Me" out of my head! Keep up the great work! Ity Bity Builder XD ...x

Melissa. on Saturday, 18 October 2008

Hey it's Melissa (did the drawing of you), I was soo happy this morning when I recieved your email reply to me. I will package up the drawing safely and sent it to you before the end of the week. Having your signature on the back of my drawing of you in it's frame in my room will be the best thing ever and will make up (not quite!) for me not being able to go to your Canterbury gig. I will see you when you come back with another show though!! Definately! xx

Charles Gillis on Saturday, 18 October 2008

Found you on Reddit. I've been laughing for the last hour. Can't wait to buy the DVD!

Fi on Saturday, 18 October 2008

Please do a gig in Ipswich, Suffolk (England) That would be the best thing ever!!!xxx

Martin d'Fried on Saturday, 18 October 2008

Hello from California. I just discovered your work via reddit.com, and I love it all. Your videos are so funny and clever that I can forget about what a mess the world is in right now. I will probably even buy your DVD, even though it's a lot of trouble from here (I see it's rated 9.5/10 on IMDB; perhaps I can help raise it). If you ever perform here, I will try to see you.

Emily on Saturday, 18 October 2008

hallooooo! i was excited that you were doing a gig in dalrington..until i noticed all tickets were sold out...gutted!! I love your material shall i say, i have most of your songs on my ipod, which is great for a little giggle, and because its on my ipod no one else can hear, so im just giggling to myself, which makes me look crazy, but who cares! its great! I watched the (cant spell this) hallelujah song on youtube today and thought it was great, you have such a nice voice, its so cute, i wish i could just follow you around all day with a iddy biddy recorder and recored all that you say then i can transfer it to my ipod and listen to you speak all day :| excellent eh? So......where do you live? not that i am going to bring you any cookies. everytime i see a clip of some of your stuff you mention where you live, and it changes everytime!! Im blabbering on now... Which of your own songs do you like the best, and why??

chris p on Saturday, 18 October 2008

Hi Tim, i love "if i didn't have you" and "inflatable you" completely awesome watching all the vids on youtube and they are so cool i think "So F***ing Rock" is genius with the invisible instruments. i wana come see you live. also want to no how you comeup with your songs anyway better let you go and read the rest of the comments here that is alot of comments for just one month you are really loved lol, happy reading chris p

Jamie on Friday, 17 October 2008

Going to see Tim tomorrow in Derby. Saw him on C4 a week or so ago and have been addicted to him on Youtube. Hope you're going to play Inflatable, Tim.

Jane on Friday, 17 October 2008

I was at your show in Manchester last night and you were amazing. I loved every minute of it and wish I can play piano as good as you one day. The signing afterwards had a really sombre mood but I cannot beleive I have talked to you! Thanks for signing my canvas bag and you look good as an angel. Brilliant show.(Luv your hair!)

Blondie on Friday, 17 October 2008

Ah, good, there you are. I was hoping that my recent discovery was mine, all mine, but reading this, and doing what someone on here called "the usual YouTube stalking", I find I am just a smidgen behind the rest of the world in finding out about you. (Something like 12,000 friends on Facebook or MySpace? Now that's just boasting.) Ah well, rock on Southbank Theatre on Dec 21st.

Amy (Again) on Friday, 17 October 2008

To the fake ginger below: I disagree, just because a song makes you think or provokes emotion does not make it depressing, the christmas song was beautiful and inspiring. What is so wrong with doing something different once in a while? (This is coming from a 13 year old. Suck it up)

bitchin atheist on Friday, 17 October 2008

Hi Tim, We came to see the show in Sheffield on Wednesday (I am the fake ginger woman) and I really enjoyed virtually all of the show. The "prejudice" song is ace, I think anti-ginger abuse is vile and akin to racism (bullying over hair pigmentation is no different to bullying over skin pimentation in my opinion), "if I didn't have you" is an excellent song, and I LOVED "storm". I must admit though that if I was in the bear suit I would not have been able to sit still for "bears don't dig on dancing", I would have accidentally ruined the song by getting up and jigging around. The only negative comment I have is regarding the "christmas" song that you performed right at the end - what was that all about? I found it really depressing and unfunny and I thought it was a strange choice to end the show? Maybe I am missing something, but that song really did not do it for me. Other than that though, brilliant, I just would have preferred to leave still smiling. One last thing: I agree, once you have had ginger you can't go back!

kerri on Thursday, 16 October 2008

My god ! u are amazing.... saw u on secret policemans ball, have just spent last hour and half watching ur stuff on u tube (and ordered dvd). Coming to see u in Milton Keynes in Nov. Matt on Thursday, 16 October 2008

Man, only heard of you for the first time 2 days ago when a request was played on radio 1. Havnt been able to get of youtube since! Individual, origonal, funny and sometimes downright controversial, love it! Oh, and my missus still wont wee for me yet but i'm working on it. Legend in the making!

Helen on Thursday, 16 October 2008

Dale on Thursday, 16 October 2008

Hey. Was at the Sheffield gig last night. Thanks muchly for the time coming out and signing mine and my mate's stuff for us. :) The gig was fantastical, amazing, beautiful...i'm running out of adjectives. Must be the Sheffield blood coming out into my vocabulary. Anyhoo, thanks!

Marc Badham on Thursday, 16 October 2008

Saw you in Sheffield last night because my wife saw you in Edinburgh and said how good you were. Nothing could have prepared me for such a fantastic evening's entertainment. You're a complete star and a breath of fresh air. I've just ordered a Darwin Fish badge for my car!

connor on Thursday, 16 October 2008

HI tim, i was at the sheffield concert yesterday (i was that person that gave you chocolate) any loved, it was hilarious!

Chris R. on Thursday, 16 October 2008

Any chance any guitar-genius Tim fans out there could post a guitar tablature for "Lust (Outstanding Woman)"? I'm trying to figure it out, but I'm just not good enough.

Steve and Denise on Thursday, 16 October 2008

Loved the gig last night in Sheffield. Utter genius. We're firmly in the over 35 group, but never entertained the notion of seeing Level 42. You're special, but if we didn't have you, I'm sure that we'd have somebody else.

Amy on Thursday, 16 October 2008

Haha, I think now you can safely say you hit the teenage market, me and my sister were at Sheffield last night, up on the balcony and probably did most of the screaming..."I can have a dark side too badowbowbow LEVEL 42!" Classic. My dad nearly bought tickets to see them on the spot when he dropped us off, he kept trying to convince us they were good and we kept putting him down so it was doubley hilarious for us to be there then. Thankyou so much for an amazing night. Despite the dizzy little conference room lol! Much love xxx

Melanie on Thursday, 16 October 2008

i want to learn all the moves that the crowd did to the chorus of "canvas bags", as shown on the music clip on 'comedy shuffle', which i saw on the "so live" dvd. can anyone help me?

Very very funny work, Tim! I read on a Wiki article that you're a Richard Dawkins fan, and I finished 'God Delusion' last month. Guess which of your works is my favourite thus far ;) Keep it up!

Sue on Wednesday, 15 October 2008

@ RANDOM again... Oh, it didn't turn into a clicky. You'll have to drag and drop, or copy and paste the link. TIM - I'll be seeing you in Brissie in March and I'm really looking forward to the shows. I've tried to stay spoiler free, but I'm not doing very well quite frankly. If you like I can bring you a smoke machine seeing as yours as been a bit iffy lately. Would you like the smoke that smells like strawberries, or the one that smells like bubblegum? Well, I hope you are enjoying your tour so far, you seem to be gaining a lot of new fans. See you next year. Sue AKA Dressed in Black

My friends are getting really annoyed with me but I don't care because I love you so much.I really want to meet you and get your autograph. I have your songs on my bebo and I have your picture as my desktop backgrond. Please come back to Brighton soon and I'll try to sit right at the front. Once again I love you Elliexxx

Erin Walsh on Tuesday, 14 October 2008

I saw you at our Conference in Sitges in September, and the show was fantasitc. So much so we've booked to see you in London. You really captured the audience, and some key people with your songs and wit. HILARIOUS! Also, you look a little like my friend Robin, which is a little discerning. I'm still not convinced you are not one and the same!! Great song about the Baggage Carousel - can totally relate. And Yves Rocher. BRILLIANT. Oh, and my birthday is the 8th October. Go Librians!

Faye Clark on Monday, 13 October 2008

:) Hey Tim, I'm Faye Clark and I'd really love to bring you cookies, as you suggested. I don't live far from London so would be delighted to make you some. I think all your work is excellent, and I cant stop myself singing about canvas bags all day. I also think your hair is wonderful and that you look great with your t-shirt off despite what you think :). I hope to see you soon at a gig :) xxxxx

Linzy on Monday, 13 October 2008

I quite agree that you're not perfect however this is far from slating you, yes? See if I were to slate you I'd be saying how awful your songs are and how terrible your hair looks and to top it off basically say that you're not funny but I'm not gonna do that. A little birdy did tell me about how you're getting fatter though... x

OzTones on Sunday, 12 October 2008

Brilliant gig in Brighton. Thanks Tim. Meant to tell you when we spoke afterwards that your Christmas song encore was a bit bit tough on an old Aussie exiled for now in the UK, with friends and daughter back in Perth & W.A. If you're ever at a loose end on the third Friday of the month in Perth, drop in to the Mundaring Folk & Blues club - pick up a Pizza from Little Caesars in Mundaring first - Twice winner of the Best Pizza IN THE WORLD! (True!) Tony - Pat's brother.

Elphaba and Glinda on Sunday, 12 October 2008

Hi there!Just want to say that we have been reading the comments here and that we think all you people saying Tim is not perfect and basically slating him should hang your heads in shame ! SHAME! Cant wait to see you in Portsmouth on the 19th OCT 08, but could you please maybe try and come see us in Winchester as itd be easier to get to and someone seriously needs to liven this place up a bit! So to recap; TIM IS GOD! dont forget it and go submerge your head in an ice bucket until your brain gets the message. Luv ya Tim, keep on Rocking! G&E x

Luci on Sunday, 12 October 2008

Coming to see you in Derby. Unfortunatly Derby is disgusting so i feel bad about you having to visit. But during the day if you're about you should come into town and come to Hawkins Bazaar (the toy shop). I work there. It's ace. I play all day

Great gig in Reading last night. We were blown away by your performance so ta for a fantastic evening! Particularly loved Youtube lament played on an enormous organ (now, then, settle down fair reader). Surely after that you can't go back to piano? Now having to explain to the boyfriend why I've brought ANOTHER canvas bag home- it's becoming a slight addiction but hey, I'm saving the planet yeah?!

Jason on Saturday, 11 October 2008

Storm was probably the best poem I have ever heard. And your Christmas song (Colchester Arts Centre, Sat 11 Oct) was utterly wonderful. Brought a tear to my eye after all that ravaging of the opinions of idiots. Keep it up with the awesomeness.

Alchihol (No really I can spell just trying to be funny...) on Friday, 10 October 2008

Did I mention you are HOT!!! think the eye makeup is seriously sexy (But then I have been deprived of male contact for three months!!) X

Alchihol (No really I can spell just trying to be funny...) on Friday, 10 October 2008

Well. Where do I start? My husband is in Iraq, haven't seen him for three months. kids all miss him, I'm completely drunk on cheap claret whilst watching the Secret Policemans Ball and saw you do that very comically honest song called something along the lines of If I didn't have you I'd have somebody else, and just googled you to find out who you are as I think you are completely HOT!!!! In short, I'm just so glad you exist! You have given me 5 minutes valuable humour in an otherwise desolate and never-ending existence, caught in limbo until my beloved husband comes home from fighting the bad guys! V.Dramatic I know but thats how I truly feel. Slightly more than half-cut and concentrating madly to type correctly as i'm currently seeing three of every letter on my keyboard! Anyway.... Keep doing what you're doing, its ace, I'm not 100% sure but more than 50% sure that you've provoked laughter in quite a few needy Forces wives whose husbands are 1000's of miles away! THANKS!!!! Anyway enough of the drunken ramble am off to my bed to sleep off the red wine!!! LOVE YA!!!!!!!! (Sure I'll regret this in the morning!!)XXXXXXXX

Jess on Friday, 10 October 2008

I actually cannot believe I didn't know you existed until the other night when I saw you on the Policeman's Ball. I think you've changed my life. I'M SO EXCITED that you're coming to Maidenhead =D I am going to be there, and speechless, and in awe, of your intelligent melodic magic. Yes.

Ashleigh on Friday, 10 October 2008

I really hope me and my mates can get tickets to see you in Manchester! Or I'll be severely depressed!! LOL

Doug on Friday, 10 October 2008

absolutely you! After seeing you on that Secret Policeman's ball and watching that song over and over again, you'll find me there at your show in London. You almost make me want to practice that piano. Almost.

annawaits on Friday, 10 October 2008

PS Dianne, if you'd like to know one reason why Tim is not perfect, then I could tell you the story of how he made my clinical anxiety worse for a few days last year. Indirectly, of course, and in the long term I can probably attribute a large percentage of my vast improvement to the joy he has brought me through his songs and all round generosity and niceness. So maybe you don't want to use that story at all....

annawaits on Friday, 10 October 2008

I've got tickets for Ben Kweller at the Union Chapel in December! Woo! Ahem. As you were, sir. x

Belinda Wanless on Friday, 10 October 2008

Dianne on Thursday, 9 October 2008

Hey Tim, just wanted to let you know that contrary to popular belief on your guestbook and on the forum named in your honour and largely about you, you are not perfect. I know, I know, you never said you were... But lots of women, girls and the occasional boy seem convinced you are. That is okay, however, don't let your head get too big okay? Your feet may be close to perfection but I am convinced there have to be some flaws somewhere so keep them firmly on the ground. For example, 'they' don't know how good you are in the bed room, whether you have any skeletons or hippo's in the closet or whether your eye liner is hiding some hideous deformity. Anyway, enough typorrhea for one day. Saw you at the taping of Enough Rope, enjoyed it and will see you somewhere soon in Australia. Might send you an email with request soon. D.

Emily Davis on Thursday, 9 October 2008

If the forum rumours are true and you do read this then hello there Tim!... (can i call you Tim?) Mr Minchin, I just wanted to say thanks for the Great Wednedsay Aldershot gig. I'm glad me and my man's chronic you-tube-ing materialised into something more! We'll be sure to see you again, i've been practicing the two-finger-whistle for the occasion. I was the short haired ginger lass who was 'twice as important' by the way. I'm sure you'll remember. PS, you're on my list. the good list. Emily x

Lisa Stairs on Thursday, 9 October 2008

Tim, Just a very quick thank you for an amazing gig last night, as we said last night... it was all about STORM for me!. Good to see you back in Aldershot, which i must add is by far my favourite venue where i have seen you. My friends have listened to me bang on and fucking on about you since Aldershot 2007 and finally have seen the magic (yes magic!) for themselves.... oh... Sam and his mates had a ball also!... thanks, maybe see you in Edmonton with a different crowd.... Lisa x

I read that you sometimes read the messages left on here, so on the off chance you do... Hello.... and just wanted to say I really enjoyed your performance on Secret Policeman's Ball 08, and have since been looking to come along to one of your live gigs. I don't really have anything significant to say, but sometimes it's just nice to hear pleasant things said about you. (See 'nice thing' above).

mikayla on Thursday, 9 October 2008

happy brithday for tuesday just forgot about it sorry

Stephanie on Thursday, 9 October 2008

Hi there Tim! I have not gotten anything done since I saw you on Never Mind the Buzzcocks on youtube a few days ago and then proceeded to watch all of your other videos and to google you obsessively (I don't mean that as any kind of euphemism ;). Plus I think I might be wrinkling prematurely around the eyes from laughing so hard--so thanks for that! Anyway, awesome job imitating Kylie on Buzzcocks and performing at the Secret Policeman's Ball. Watching you has definitely been the highlight of my month. PLEASE come to America soon we (I, at least, but I'm going to pretend that I can speak for an entire country) need someone like you to entertain us. Oh and happy belated birthday!

It appears it was your birthday recently - hope you had a great day. I won't offer to bake you cookies because I am a terrible cook, but I do a mean cup of tea (it threatens you to drink it or else) so if you're ever anywhere near the Midlands feel free to pop in for a cup of tea. :) I just wanted to say that your peace anthem has been stuck in my head all day and I got some very odd looks wandering through town singing about pigs - cheers for that!

ella dee on Wednesday, 8 October 2008

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIM! some would say I'm a day late but I like to think of it as prolonging the birthday cheer, I would have done this yesterday but due to a series of events I never came within typing distance of a computer. The T-shirt hasn't actually been washed yet, its in the sowing pile as I'm trying to make it more flattering for the woman form (I say me, but I wont be doing any of the needle work personally) anyway I've lost my train of thought now... meh i doubt it was worth saying xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Katie on Wednesday, 8 October 2008

Tim, Come to perth, come back to perth and do a gig here :)

Georgina on Tuesday, 7 October 2008

Hey! I first heard you on Radio 1, then saw you on Buzzcocks, then at the SPB and, by either your immense talent or mere overexposure, you are definitely my favourite celebrity-type person of the week. In all honesty I'm probably not your greatest fan, but I think I'm an alright one. You were definitely one of the best acts at the SPB (I would say the best but they had Eddie Izzard and I worship him like the god I never had). I like how you reference semi-nerdy things like bell curves without expecting the audience to recoil in horror. I will probably come and see you as you are playing in Tunbridge Wells and no one ever comes to Tunbridge Wells (fair enough, I say). I also love your hair, but who wouldn't? Your music is great too!

Hiya Tim, I am also an aussie who has moved to england and Southampton is where i currently reside. Im doing a comedy degree at Southampton Solent university. I wasnt quite sure how to go about explaining the move from Oz to england and you've basically shown be the answer, dont explain it :) hehe. It fills me with confidence and pride when i walk into class and they're playing videos of you from youtube on the big screen in our room, because im the only one who can say "Yep, he is from Australia and so am I!" Thanks alot Tim, you give me the motive to make myself a brilliant clever and funny (most importantly) comedian. Love you lots like vodka shots (im a student, whatever) xxxxx

Brendan on Tuesday, 7 October 2008

P.S Happy Birthday and I wish you many happy returns. You only have 42 Australian minutes left of your birthday so make the most of it wait now its 40 minutes. Anyway, Happy Birthday Tim. Brendan

Brendan on Tuesday, 7 October 2008

Hi tim, We share the same birthday except mine is ten days apart from yours. So really we have nothing in common except that I know that you should come to Wauchope for a one night show or threw the day or early morning. The only reason you have not to come is out of all the towns in the world, this may not be the most exhilarating or fascinating and nowhere near the most captivating or exuberating. But we have Timber Town, this is a small amusement park where people can enjoy old world charm with no Air conditioners or fridges or computers or lights and no plastic bags (except for in the gift shops which is really a letdown, as in the 19-18 hundreds there was no such thing as plastic bags or theme parks about the current era and lifestyles of the people of that era :S ). So next year some time sounds great! Brendan.

Lucy on Tuesday, 7 October 2008

Timothy :) Happy birthday, if its your birhtday, which it might be. Liked your impression of Kylie on Buzzcocks :P.. I think I shall be going to your Southampton gig, probably, which should be fun. Have a nice day. x

I've also just discovered that on the "Stuff" page on this website, you can click on the "purchase from " link, and it'll take you to a new page that lists the tracks. You're spoilt for choice now! Tim - hi!

*Sarah* on Friday, 3 October 2008

Tig - If I Didn't Have You is from Tim's new show, Ready For This?, and so isn't featured on either of those CDs. Are there not tracklistings for the CDs on here?! Oh well, if you visit his official fansite, http://www.angry-feet.com, you can see the tracklistings there :)

Hey Tim, I'm finally home after your gig thursday and I'm about to watch never mind the buzzcocks on youtube ;D hope Bristol was good, mine and lu-dave's drama lesson was pittiful compared to what it could have been. Sam's in love with you, he didn't know you before last night but now he has a crush on you almost as big as his one for simon amstell luckily he has many pictures of you both to comfort him. Ok I've rambled for long enough, I'll let you know what happens with the T-shirt much love ella xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Tig Thomas on Friday, 3 October 2008

Hi Tim, I just heard the fabulous song you did on Loose Ends (called, I think, something like 'If I Didn't have You') and clicked on to this website to see if I could buy anything with the song on it. But you don't list the tracks on your two CDs so I don't know which of them, if either, I should buy. I'd appreciate any guidance. I may not be the only person with this problem, either - you may be losing potential sales from people like me, so perhaps you might consider saying a bit more about what the Cds contain. Thanks, Tig

Jess on Friday, 3 October 2008

Kelly on Thursday, 2 October 2008

I must say, you have a very nifty website with loads of things to look at. I dont have to much of a real reason to have posted anything, other than to say i really enjoy your music and etc. Keep up the good work! Oh and hurry up and get over to the US already! I think you would give a much needed spark to this country. :)

annawaits on Wednesday, 1 October 2008

Just read that Metro 5 Question interview - the TV pilot sounds fricking awesome! Really hope it comes off for you. :) In other news, I've met so many Australians in the last week while looking for a room in London! Sure, it has been, and continues to be, a rather stressful, one might say soul-sucking experience, but at least I have nice accents to listen to as they show me their "cosy" flats.... x
