Here’s a place you can leave random comments about stuff that you feel isn’t particularly related to the News. Maybe you just want to say hi. Maybe you want to critique a piece of my work. Maybe you want to ask me where I live and come and bring me cookies. Whatever. Stick it in the box down below.

Oh, and please don’t post links or email addresses, or the spambot filter robot will take offence and refuse to publish.

Watching The Tim Minchin story, wich is absolutely pure and brilliant, it struck me as odd that you found it so hard to put aside the narrowsighted reviews on your shows, being the master of relativation and insight on how we humans are in the sad majority. Allthough i cant imagine being in your shoes, dealing with that pressure and fear of failior when you were starting the booming career you are building. In my opinion you should be at the absolute worldtop of comedy, allthough i dont think that word covers one fifth of what you can do. Tim Minchin for world president! p.s. Holland is just across the channel, so come and have a cuppa if you can;)

Lea D on Thursday, 30 September 2010

If you do a tour in America, please come to Albany, NY!! (not NYC, its over rated) Not all Americans suck! I enjoy your work and that you do a lot with Animations.

cjs on Thursday, 30 September 2010

Hello Mr Minchin, We're coming to see you in December at the O2. I don't know if you do requests but Please sing your song about christmas - it's beautiful. (Oh, and if you do ever go to Ireland to do a gig, and you're doing the Pope song, please let me know. I'd travel a long way to see that!)

Jack Boyd on Wednesday, 29 September 2010

Tim, my wife and I happened upon your 'so fucking rock' show on TV while we were vacationing in Scotland over summer. Bought the CD a while back, and have watched everything we could find on youtube since then. Love it all! You're incredible. Blew my mind. Please come to Chicago soon! And let us know when you're coming so we make sure to get tickets. Can't wait to see you live.

Aleksandra on Tuesday, 28 September 2010

I'm so glad I discovered your work. I love it. One day I will buy a plain ticket and see your live show (or maybe you will come to Poland....well, it's quite unlikely I'm afraid ;-). Take care.

Mikey on Tuesday, 28 September 2010

Interesting little website, I do apologise for stealing pens in the gift shop but apart from that I did behave....Honest

Tim Johnson on Tuesday, 28 September 2010

I am so, so glad that I found out about your work. Originally, I found it by way of Nevermind the Buzzcocks, when it mentioned you were a musical comedian. Your songs are absolutely incredible, you're a genius with lyrics, and you make such incredible points. I'm incredibly happy there are people like you being recognised in the media - who say what they feel, back it up, do it in a clever way, and throw in a bit of humour to make it make it easy to swallow. I need to go to one of your shows next time one pops up in the UK. Failure just isn't an option. :) Go you. You're getting more and more well known, and you really deserve it. Good luck and thanks for all the laughs, and for all the times your music makes me think. Looking forward to what you have in store.

caroline bedford on Tuesday, 28 September 2010

J.Well on Friday, 24 September 2010

Discovered you through random searches of the comedy greats and have listened to your songs everyday. I don't attend concerts or any other shows but am seriously contemplating taking the family for a trip overseas just to see you. Truly smart and funny. Seems to be a rare thing these days. If you don't come to America, I'll come to you! Thanks for the laughs and thoughts

Roger Anderson on Friday, 24 September 2010

Jasmine on Wednesday, 22 September 2010

Dear Timmy, Since you no longer live in the Down Under, I think it would be appropriate that you at last came to Finland. It's not about the audience-size, is it now? Because me and my mom would surely be the only ones there.... Just kidding. You honestly have quite a fan group here, believe it or not! Of course that's just because we're all here weirdoes like you. I know you're a busy man (can't wait for the Storm, by the way!), but someday you'll have to come here anyway - so why not as soon as possible? I could make you some cookies if that will get you here ;) Just at least think about it! You'd make my wish come true <3 I've been adoring your work for a long time now, and I have to say: you always make me smile, even when I'm feeling down. Here in Finland it's always dark and cold, so little brightening would really be appreciated. Love, Your (not so) Secret Admirer

Chloe on Tuesday, 21 September 2010

Please come back to Toronto, Tim! I just missed you when you were here in July... I honestly hadn't been introduced to you until August, but now I'm hooked! I can recite Storm from start to finish, and sing several of your songs on my way to school, in the bathtub, before I fall asleep... you are the best! <3 And I always take my Canvas Bags to the supermarket, thanks to your lovely reminder. :)

just another fan on Monday, 20 September 2010

Firstly the sheer lyrical genious and phenominal musicality of you work never ceases to amaze me, secondly if i was planing on sending something rather lengthy, would i still use the "contact " form or could a aquire an adress or po. box ??

Carly on Sunday, 19 September 2010

Hi Tim, I think you are amazing! I saw you on Friday night with Jonathan Ross and was very impressed. Then I watched your show that was on Ch4 and was astounded at the sheer brilliance of all your songs!

N on Sunday, 19 September 2010

You're making poetry cool again and I bloody love you for it. You're inspiring! Your hilarity goes without saying and I hope you know the world is a better place with you in it.

Dayne from Cape Town on Sunday, 19 September 2010

Hi Tim i watched you for the first time about a week ago after a joint, at first i didnt know what to think, but i watched your you again last night and i must say i really admire your work. Its not perfect blew me away. Well done. When i travel to England next year you'll be one of the first shows i come and watch (thats provided you still live there?). Anyways All the best keep performing.

Ruth on Sunday, 19 September 2010

I was a day late in buying tickets for your tour before they all sold out... I've never been so gutted in my life.

Beatrice Rindevall on Sunday, 19 September 2010

Hi, We're two girls from Sweden and we're trying to get to London and see your show in december 14. Is there any other way to book than calling the box office-number? It's rather expensive. Thanks!

playgirl on Sunday, 19 September 2010

Love your work man!!!

Kevin in Cincinnati on Saturday, 18 September 2010

"Pope Song" is brilliant! Thanks, Tim!

peter harman on Friday, 17 September 2010

Hi Tim we think that you have an unbelievable talent as a comedian / singer love how your mind works keep up the good work . hope your coming back to the UK Very soon

Jevan graham on Friday, 17 September 2010

hey tim just wondering if you'll be in england at sonnisphere next year. i missed it this year so i'd love to make sure im there for your next gig. :)

Snoozie on Friday, 17 September 2010

One part of me is so deeply offended by some of your songs it's untrue. Then I find myself laughing so loud I realise how clever they are. I have faith but not in Jesus. I have faith in humans to continue to jostle, poke, prod and bait each other! Only those who really have faith in themselves and know for sure that what they believe is right for them will not be offended by your songs. The ones that get offended are the ones that THINK they have faith. What was it that Bill Hicks said when 2 Christians came up to him after a show to tell him his show had offended them and their faith?

Thuarr on Thursday, 16 September 2010

Love your work man! Unfortunatly I'm Dutch and only very few people can understand English well enough to understand the jokes. You're a great musician and hopefully (although very unlikely) you'll be in The Netherlands, performing, one day. Keep up the good work!

Danny on Thursday, 16 September 2010

Tim, please make a tour of the USA. I think you would really get a hoot out of coming to New Orleans. Maybe play a few universities and spread your notoriety (read: infamy) to another English speaking country? I promise, Americans WILL get your jokes!

Nicolle Jean on Wednesday, 15 September 2010

Tim, You are amazing! I love your music, you make me laugh:) You are so talented. I am so happy for you and all you have done since I worked with you back in Melbourne on the film in 2003. You deserve all the wonderful success! Can't wait to see your show in Brisbane. Smiles Nic

Nienke Esther Grooten on Wednesday, 15 September 2010

Hello there, I live in the Netherlands so I usually miss everything and everyone that's good in life. Means I only just saw you on Never Mind the Buzzcocks about two weeks ago, on bloody youtube. I looked up some of your stuff and now I am in love with you, so where do you live? I'll come over and make you a mountain of cookies. Or I'll make you dinner (I can make you risotto with kiwi, I've tried it on some friends and they still live). Also I'm pretty sure I'm not the only Dutch person who'll ever love you. Please come do a tour around here, our country is really ridiculous and tiny! You're brilliant! So thanks to youtube, that's one more drooling 24 year old Dutch fangirl for you.

Manx-Michelle on Tuesday, 14 September 2010

Jesus Christ, Tim. Each time I check your website, your face gets bigger. Face size appears to be proportionate to level of fame. I remember when your face wasn't even ON the site. Go figure. Anyway, it seems that going to see your gigs has become a yearly event- just that bit more important than Christmas. I remember trudging into the Queen Elizabeth Hall thinking you'd done well for yourself, and now you've got a fucking orchestra. Crazy. Anyway. Just to say that I like the giant face (even if it's a little scary) and I am excited to see you again. Much love from the Isle of Man yet again. Come visit sometime. x

caroline bedford on Tuesday, 14 September 2010

CANT WAIT to see you in Newcastle in December. will be the first time i've seen you live and really looking forward to it and HOPEFULLY get you to sign my t shirt! and get a photo with you, you fucking rock hun. xxxx

Emmeline on Saturday, 11 September 2010

Saw your live show on Channel 4 last week and completely grabbed my attention. Had to "You Tube" you to show my husband and we now think you're "So fucking rock"! Just watched your documentary "The Tim Minchin Story" and really enjoyed it! You've got 2 new avid fans!!! :-)

Corinna on Saturday, 11 September 2010

Hey, coming to see you in april when you come to Edinburgh. I'm really looking forward to it.

Fran Pugh on Saturday, 11 September 2010

We came to your show in Bournemouth last year and I saw you playing with a remote control car outside, I was going to say hi but I didn't because a felt like a bit of a dick, my life's biggest regret, show was awesome though so I guess some good came of it! ;)

shannon mcfall on Saturday, 11 September 2010

I love you ! you are god !!!!!!

Nicole on Saturday, 11 September 2010

First off, you were really great at the Just For Laughs festival in Montreal! A friend of mine and I came from Ottawa to see you and we had an amazing time! (we were probably one of the youngest people there) If you do recall, my friend was the one who screamed "HEY!" or "HI!" to you while walking past the line up. He felt very embarrassed afterward. (I wouldn't be surprised if you don't remember this at all) Anyway, it started out by him showing me youtube videos of your songs and ever since then I've considered you one of my favourite comedians and of course musicians. You are very talented and I am very jealous of your great voice and piano playing. I do hope to see you again next year.. continue coming back to Canada! :D

Owain on Friday, 10 September 2010

Please tell me what colour your eyes are! Really bugging me!

Joanne Hewer on Friday, 10 September 2010

Nick on Friday, 10 September 2010

Rock And Roll Nerd is so me and I loved it I fell in love with it the first time I heard it on British TV

Me on Tuesday, 7 September 2010

please PLEASE come to bournemouth! we love you soooo much there! YOU HAVE NO IDEA! you're a fantastic musician and an amazing comedian.

Monica on Tuesday, 7 September 2010

- Its intimidating to try and leave a "thank you " in written english, but you make really beautifull music and - at the same time- give a wonderful voice to skeptisisme, that has made it all the way to us in denmark, so i had to find a place to thank you. "Not perfect" has haunted me since i heard it yesterday, and tonight the song to your daughter about cristmas, brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for sharing a bit of yourself and giving a voice and music to more nuances of the crazyness of life. The comedy is great, but the poetry is amazing. Thank you.

Niousha on Monday, 6 September 2010

You are definitely an amazing artist. I've only recently come across your work, and I purchased your album right away. I really hope you come to perform in America some time. I know so many people in Austin, Texas who would just die to see you live.

Sam on Monday, 6 September 2010

I prefer C flat. Maybe we can sing a 4th together sometime?

Christine on Monday, 6 September 2010

Hey Tim, you're definitely my favorite musician/comedian. You're so unique! My favorite song of yours is Rock 'n' Roll Nerd, which is probably just because I can relate to it :) I hope to see you live some time.. See ya :)

Sarah on Monday, 6 September 2010

Ur A Scary Psycho Fucker Dude!!

Christina Gallagher on Monday, 6 September 2010

Hi Tim you have to be my fav comedian at the moment, I would also like to thank you for begining to break down barriers associated with "ginger" prejudice. I am not ginger myself but come from a family with more than one auburn member and during my pregnancies with my children was subject to much verbal abuse by my biggoted other half on the prospect of us having even the slightest warm hue in our childrens hair. However, since forcing him to watch your show (purely in the interests of ginger-non ginger relations) he has begun to change his "gingerist" ways and would no longer cringe at the possibility of the dormant "ginger" gene raising its carroty head in the future.

Conleth Overton on Sunday, 5 September 2010

Hi Tim, Just wondered would you be thinking of bringing the tour over to Belfast in April 2011. It would be well suited in the Ulster Hall and go down fantastically. If you can let us know the sooner the better so that if your not then we can go for plan B in the Edinburgh Playhouse..... if we need to. Cheers Conleth

Barbara Waller on Sunday, 5 September 2010

Terrific wordsmith, brilliant singer and pretty damn good on the piano too - how do you remember all the words though?? Excellent live show, really enjoyed it.

Endearing, highly intelligent and talented, razor sharp wit, combined with excellent piano playing. No superlatives good enough to describe this young handsome artist's status. Your TV show on 3/9/2010 was just fabulous. I hope that I could watch your live show soon. Thank you and all your team. Inci from Istanbul, Turkiye, where "The Gelibolu" has been lived through
