Yay! We get to see you at the Vic in Chicago soon. Please play Not Perfect...and Confessions...and Prejudice...Oh hell, we're just so glad you're coming it doesn't matter what you play. But if you're so inclined, those are some of the favorites at our house.

Susi on Sunday, 30 October 2011

I love the "One Plus One" interview now available on Youtube. It is a great interview and just reminds me of the lovely, sweet, genuine, kind Tim on the Rock n Roll Nerd documentary. Unfortunately when I went to vote I pressed one star instead of FIVE. And then it disappeared! If anyone watches it and likes it as much as I did, then please vote to restore its five star status. I feel like such a chump!

Michaela on Friday, 28 October 2011

Amazing gig in Hull the other night. I've been waiting for 2 years to come and see you and it was well worth the wait! Keep up the good work and I hope to see you again soon.

Heather on Friday, 28 October 2011

I loved your fantastic show at Hull on Wednesday night - it was such a priviledge to see you in the flesh. Now I just cannot wait to see you live again. You are truly a genius - musically and intellectually - thank you Tim for making me laugh and making me think! Hxx

Penelope on Thursday, 27 October 2011

Dearest Tim, I think you are fantastic. I am currently studying for a Masters degree and when the pressure of work gets too much or if I want to procrastinate a while - I always tune into your youtube page and laugh until I cry. Prejudice is my favourite, I hope you tour the UK soon so I can come and see you perform. Cheers for all the laughs - you're a star :)

sarah on Thursday, 27 October 2011

Tim! COME TO ISRAEL. Pretty please?

Ursula (from galway) on Wednesday, 26 October 2011

Remember me...I am the bitchy one who gave out about how the galway people had no advance warning about the Bulmers comedy festival!!We had bought tickets for Vicar street which is a hell of a lot far away than Galway!!Anyway after major operational organisation to get three kids ,a scatty dog and a psycho cat looked after...we eventually made it to vicar street! It was brilliant,my poor husband laughed until he cried(he shares your outlook on all things religious....we get constant lectures on the subject, its a pity he is not musical like you then I would not get a headache listening to him!)Anyway thanks for a super night....now I am sorry I did not get tickets for galway...I am the fool!My teenage kids adore you by the way...much funnier than dad!

Per Gunnar Linvik on Wednesday, 26 October 2011

Hi, I heard about you for the first time last week, and since then I have been watching a lot of your stuff on YouTube. Much of it over and over again. I almost never leave comments on people's web pages, even if I am a fan of their work, and I never thought that I would say this to anyone, but: My (imaginary) GOD, you are a genious!! Please, please continue with what you are doing!! There, I said it. I have not seen or heard anything that can make me laugh, cry and think at the same time in the way your stuff does. I hope you read this some time, if only so that you should know that someone out there feels like this. By the way, if my english sucks, it might be because I am a norwegian. Thank you.

traci thomas on Tuesday, 25 October 2011

just wanted to let you know, tim.. my awesome husband and i were married on october 16, and i surprised him by singing "drowned" to him at our reception.. he was blown away, and everyone there loved the song! thank you for writing that song.. it fits us perfectly.. we love you, tim.. saw you in dallas, texas the week before our wedding, and had the best time..

Trev Ralph on Tuesday, 25 October 2011

You make me laugh, you make me want to be more than I am, you make me (no, really) learn your song lyrics, you make me cry and, most of all, you make my Wife happy. We came to your Albert Hall concert this year and enjoyed the show more than Jesus. (only cos he was a pissed off about the whole Harry Potter Vs The Koran bit and the book his Dad "wrote" didn't get a mention - which, as I said to him afterwards was bollocks, cos his Dad only has a 10ft pen with a really big nib that would have taken up,like, loads more pages which proves he didn't write in the first place, so shut your moanin' hole up) really love Perth, by the way -a bit like Guildford on a Sunday afternoon. Anyway, still think you should have a go at "Aladdin Sane" and my Wife would appreciate anything by "Take That". (taste in comedians doesn't necessarily translate to musak) Just carry on being bloody brilliant. All the best to you and your Wife 'n' kids. Much love.

Tabitha Maser-Clarke on Monday, 24 October 2011

Hello, I was wondering, if you could warn us when Tim was doing a TV appearance, like when he was on 8 out of 10 cats, the other day (loved it by the way, Tim looked so lovely), anyway, could you tell us when they're filming it, so we can book it to see him, like on the show, in the audience.. (: Thaaanks!

lily on Sunday, 23 October 2011

LOVE YOU TIMMY XX

Suz SD on Friday, 21 October 2011

Love your work! Is there any where I can get a hold of the notes for your crazy songs, so that I can learn to play them on the keyboard? Please. Could you please also take a look at my artwork? - www.facebook.com/suzanne.s.donoghue

Emmy on Friday, 21 October 2011

My friend just introduced me to Tim via YouTube and then a DVD marathon...cannot believe what I have been doing with my time up to now!!!! Total musical and comedy genius. xxx

I love reading this guestbook :o) Lots of new people discovering Tim Goodness its brilliant! I am counting down the week til Matilda!! Eeek! Sooo excited! :oD

Will on Thursday, 20 October 2011

Tim- I'm from Boise, Idaho. First, don't come here! You might get hurt. However, if you like that sort for thing do what makes you happy! Second, you should make your way to the west coast. There are a lot of fans out there, literally. They are honestly standing out there in a lot. Some of them are running out of food. So, you should hop the next flight. Try to make it within 1000 miles of here so that I can enjoy the show as well.

Matt on Thursday, 20 October 2011

Tim - I'm American and so hope that you don't pre-judge (that's a word i just created for this forum) my affectations regarding your music - but I hope that I fall within that 9 percent or so that love your music and your intellect - and that you give me a new charge on life - I too hope to love my life and wife twice as long, and your music galvanizes me to love and appreciate all of it - thank you

Matt on Wednesday, 19 October 2011

Tim are you coming back to Perth anytime soon? Really would like to see you live. Also this is from a CCGS boy, just thought it that was pretty cool.

Zack Jackman on Tuesday, 18 October 2011

when you are around this part of the world again just remember to come back to Portland Oregon you have a huge group of fans in this area who'd love to see you again.

Ragean on Tuesday, 18 October 2011

May have to drive the 6 hours to Chicago to see you in November. It's nice to find a "younger man", who has the same belief system as I do. Being a preacher's kid, my family doesn't always understand that KNOWLEDGE is the key. Learn, study and think for yourself. Thanks for letting me know that there is a young person out there (besides my own kids) who clearly has a brain is knows how to use it!

John O'Brien on Monday, 17 October 2011

Saturday night, Vicar Street, Dublin - really loving the fuck the motherfucking motherfucker anti pope anti child abuse song, even though I lost a bet with my wife who correctly predicted you would sing it, when the young Dublin girl next to me tapped me on the arm and said " do you REALLY think this is funny?" I said "you need to listen to all the words". She and her friends talked to themselves for the rest of the show! Sometimes Tim you are far too clever for the left hand end of the bell curve of intelligence and I am glad to be there with you.

Net on Monday, 17 October 2011

Hi, I'm from Spain and I just discovered the videos of your songs... you are great and really clever in my opinion. Tomorrow in English class each student have to show a video of a singer... I was goingo to pick one of The Clash but now I'm goingo with yours of Storm. Thank you four the laughs your videos bring.

Jen Booth on Sunday, 16 October 2011

Hi Tim, My nine year old boy and I just finished listening to the Matilda soundtrack. What a fantastic album of great lyrics, music and talented singers. I'm a primary school teacher, so now I'm scheming to get 27 of my favourite munchkins to London to see the show. What a great excursion that would be. They would love it. Congratulations to you the team. Jen

Annje on Saturday, 15 October 2011

Hey Tim! It was so great meeting you and talking to you after the show in Boulder, CO. Sorry I got tongue tied, but I want you to know that you are one of the few comedians I'll see live ANYTIME, ANYWHERE. You're that awesome. I love how intelligent you are and how highbrow your comedy is. Thank you. Look forward to seeing you again. Cheers.

Eline on Saturday, 15 October 2011

It’s a pity no one around here knows you, at least no one I know except the ones I told. I really love your work so I would like all people I know to know you. Well… all except one that is. A christen friend of mine would probably never shut up about how you’re wrong if he knew. Maybe a it’s a good thing he doesn’t. So, greetings from the Netherlands. That is if I’m allowed to greet from an entire country which I’m probably not, though it's not that big. Anyway, good luck with your gig right now and next week in London. I’m sure you’ll be perfect, I would like to see you live sometime. This is becoming quite a long text for just a comment and it’s pretty random, so thanks for reading this, if by any chance someone is just as bored as me and read the whole thing.

Tommie Kelly on Saturday, 15 October 2011

Hello, I was completely lucky to see you live in Mesa, AZ (of all places). My whole family went and it was great. My mom was sad that you did not take off your shirt. Please come back as many times as you want. We will be there every time. I wish I could have brought you a real cupcake for your birthday, because that is what I do for a living. Love everything you do.

Lezlee on Wednesday, 12 October 2011

Tim, saw you at St Andrews and it is just amazing how much more powerful your performance is in person. I have always found your razor-sharp commentary/comedy pure genius and so reminiscent of the late George Carlin (who was also crazy smart & acutely aware of what was really going on in this world.) I could write for quite some bit of time about all the wonderful gifts you have and share with us, but Im going scale it down a bit. I'm just going to leave it with saying that on top of all your other outstanding talents, you are such an amazingly brilliant pianist! Love Love Love watching and hearing you play your music! Thank You for sharing!!!

Stine on Wednesday, 12 October 2011

hi Tim! Why arent you doing gigs in Europe? Come visit us in Norway :) I wanna se you live so much!

Ash on Tuesday, 11 October 2011

I had the pleasure of seeing you preform over the summer in Chicago and now I see you have another show on November 10th, what a lovely year! My fiance and I are excited to see you again, I'm all giggly that we get to see you exactly a year before we get married. Better yet, exactly a year from showtime (about 8pm) we'll be having our first dance as a married couple to your song, 'You Grew On Me'. We're keeping our fingers crossed that you'll play it when you play at The Vic! Can't wait to see the show, thanks for coming back to Chicago!

Christine on Monday, 10 October 2011

From the Boulder, CO show: thanks for a rare treat - an experience of bittersweet humanist community. I've never seen anything like it, not just the performance, but the way you played the audience's emotions, shock, disillusion, tiredness, alienation and longing. Incredibly clever, poignant and so very much appreciated. I did not expect to be moved, and I was.

Taylor Bright on Monday, 10 October 2011

I had the amazing pleasure of seeing you at the Mesa Arts Theater on you birthday (I was up in the area of the balcony that conspired to sing you happy birthday). The tickets to your show were actually my early birthday present. Best present ever! I hope you come back soon.

Nigel on Sunday, 9 October 2011

Happy Birthday Tim, same birthday as my own - got present of two tickets to see you in Dublin Thursday. Looking forward to it!

Dani on Saturday, 8 October 2011

Wishing you a very Happy Birthday from NYC. Can't wait to see the show in a few weeks!! (Does the fact that my father and my maternal grandmother both had red hair when they were young qualify me as a ginger?)

Kara on Saturday, 8 October 2011

Wait...wait! This must be in London time or something. Over here...it's still your Birthday! I didn't miss it! Hey...how do we get a hand on your new cd over here? If we order from your shop will it it be all formatted for our players!?? (1975....good year to be born ;) ). Love ya again Ging!

Tabitha Maser-Clarke on Friday, 7 October 2011

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIM! 36 today? You'll have to sing 'Not Perfect' slightly differently, but you don't look 36! I hope you had a lovely day. I've spent the day listening to your songs at school! Your a real inspiration to me! From Tabitha Maser-Clarke Age 14

Sean Holland on Friday, 7 October 2011

Looking at the gig list, Canada is conspicuously absent. Why do you hate Canadians?

Aron Sood on Friday, 7 October 2011

Happy Birthday Tim! I know this is a massive ask, and it probably won’t ever happen, but, my brother is studying music at Birmingham University, UK, and he has also written a musical based on the novel "The Picture Of Dorian Gray” by Oscar Wilde. He is putting on a performance at my school in February, and we have loads of girls, but not enough guys! I was just really hoping that someone as inspirational as you could come down and help, and even be in it if you want! I know this sounds ridiculous, but you are truly amazing. Thanks, Aron Sood.

Why am I now just finding you? Thanks to Conan, I saw your performance tonight.

MAB on Thursday, 6 October 2011

Just saw you on the ''Conan'' show and you pulled a great performance. I wasn't surprised with the song you chose though. I think it was the obvious choice. I'll keep following you on Youtube and your website... hoping to see you in Montreal in a near future.

Alnair & Blanca on Thursday, 6 October 2011

Hi Tim, your songs rules!!!!! My wife & I saw your videos the last week, and we are now Minchin-addicts, you are a f*****ing genius man!!! OK, we say bye from the land of the bullets & corpses, Chihuahua, Mex.

traci thomas on Wednesday, 5 October 2011

my fiance brought home your dvd "rock and roll nerd" last night, and we watched it together.. love it! we can't wait to see you saturday night in dallas, texas! it's a pre-wedding-y celebration for us (we are getting married at the House of Blues the week after).. i am actually gonna sing "drowned" at our reception to my sweetheart... we both love that song so very much!! would you consider singing that for us saturday night? also, (weird question) do you ever plan on releasing any of your awesome work on karaoke tracks? (we are definitely rock and roll nerds, too, with aspirations of stairway-ish stardom.. ha.. but we live vicariously through rocking the karaoke venue).. thanks, tim - you are awesome!!!

Helena Guerrero on Wednesday, 5 October 2011

Tim all I can say is: " I got your video.. I'm turning Minchin, I think I'm turning Minchin, I really think so... la, la, la..." I can't wait to see you tomorrow in LA, flying from SF, maybe next time you can come to frisco. eh?

Vicki on Monday, 3 October 2011

Tim! Saw you last night in Milwaukee at the Pabst Theater. It was wonderful to see you. Wish we could've stuck around to say "hi!" but the late hour made it not to be so. Your talent is even more pronounced when seen in person. Amazing show, and you're a phenomenal performer. Come back to America and the Midwest again soon!

Dustin on Monday, 3 October 2011

I saw you in Detroit. That was probably the best live show I've ever been to; I was fully entertained the entire time. A few years ago, a friend of mine showed me a video of yours right around the time I was watching tons of Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris videos on Youtube. You gave me something to laugh at and one more thing to feel good about, as I was letting go of long-held beliefs. Thanks for the great music and laughter!

Judy Lupchansky on Sunday, 2 October 2011

I wasn't able to see you when you performed in Toronto this past June, so I traveled to Detroit, Michigan yesterday to finally see you live. Your concert at St. Andrew's Hall was fantastic! Hope you come back to Toronto again soon. Do you ever perform 'Drowned' live? You should; it's a beautiful song. cheers, judy

Steven Mading on Sunday, 2 October 2011

I sit here at home, a mere 4 miles away from where you are currently giving a concert in Madison, WI, on your USA tour. I bought tickets a month ago, and I was all hyped up to go and then today I came down with a horrible headache and nausea and had to stay home. So as I type right now you're entertaining so many and I sit here with a pack of ice on my head. It saddens me that I missed this one rare opportuinity because it's going to be a long time before you come back to little tiny Madison again, I assume. Sigh... Big fan - hope I catch you next time. If it's any consolation, you still got my ticket money anyway.

LauraK on Saturday, 1 October 2011

If only my husband had felt like staying after the show, dammit! You were amazing last night and I was so thrilled to get to see you perform live. You have tremendous talent and hearing how beautiful your voice was in person not only at the start of the show but also (& especially) for the last song was really a treat. Thanks for coming to MI and I hope you'll come back again.

Eleanor Hansen on Saturday, 1 October 2011

The Saint Andrews Hall show was WONDERFUL! Sorry for yelling, but it was just that good. I'm so grateful you stayed after to meet your fans. My entire family can't wait to see you again!

Steve on Saturday, 1 October 2011

I've only seen you on computer videos. I'd like to leave a comment that captures some of the profound truths so you wittily sing about but I'm just a Philosophy Nerd. Now I'm begging: please, please come to play in Boston, MA, USA!

Annie on Saturday, 1 October 2011

I had the pleasure of watching you at Saint Andrews Hall in Detroit, MI. The show was amazing and it was so wonderful to meet you after the show. Thank you for being so good at what you do!
