Australian Tour Charities

Last time I did a major tour, I came up with a plan to give some of our profit away. Over the long life of BACK, we – with the help of our amazing audiences – donated about $1.43m to various Australian and UK charities.

We’re going again for the Songs the World Will Never Hear tour. Some of our audience paid way over the average ticket price for our VIP Charity Seats, and are helping us to our goal of $250,000 over the Australian leg of the tour. Thank you!

Not only does this project depend on the generosity of our more flush punters, but in most cases everyone involved – the theatres, the ticketing agency, the promoter and my agents all forego their percentages of those sales, so we can give the maximum amount away. Thank you to Live Nation, Ticketmaster, SmartArtists Management, to all the venues. You don’t need all that cocaine anyway.

This year, the charities we are supporting in each state are all involved in the family violence space. Have a look below to find out more about these amazing organisations and any donation possibilities.

And thank you, again.
