i don't think grammar factors into sentances like that. i think there is just a general shout/murmur of "FAIL!" Because it really does not make sense. buuuut... if you are tring to make sense of it, and have, and complain about the grammar... congratulations (or sympathies?) to you :D (much like this post... its grammar is impeccable!)
