By the way Tim, what hospital WERE you born in?

Sarah on Wednesday, 30 April 2008

Haha... You have another number 1 fan named Sarah. It must just be a thing with you and Sarahs Tim. Cute. Leah, without wanting to sound like a pompous douche, and failing miserably... I think that Tim discovered his Number 1 fan much before anyone discovered him. Tim, Its 1am and I am drinking lemon tea and watching telemarketing ads. What has my life become?! I suppose I can answer that myself really... One of those telemarketing ad watching, lemon tea drinking, staying up til after 1am kinda lives. Admit it, you're jealous. xxxxxxxx

Mate I got 'So Live' and I must agree with you when you say 'it so is'! You're a genius. You're so fucking rock. Been watching your DVD for about 3 nights in a row now. Please come to New Zealand.

LeAh on Saturday, 26 April 2008

hello tim, i am (as im sure many people say) a bigfan of yours.. I could say number one fan but there is a person out there with every one of your songs, your dvds, who knows your middle name and the hospital you were born in as well as how much you weighed after 3 months of life.. with tshirts which empict you.. who has dreams about marrying you and smothering you in cream.. who listens to your songs and poems all day and night without fail, who will name there kids (if they ever meet anyone half as good as you) tim, but im sorry to say that i am not that person.. i am just a normal fan who appreciates your fine work as an artist..your number one fan (the person i mentioned earlier) is yet to be discovered.. i am a musician so i really appreciatte your paino playing.. i tried piano for about 8 years and its not really my thing.. lolz.. if by chance you do happen to read the comments that come onto your page then i, like so many other people, were devistated you didnt come down to the land of aust forr the comedy festivel.. but such is life is what our dear old friend ned kelly would say.. if you also do happen to respond to comments and email people then i'm sure we could become best of friends as im sure that many fans say.. if youare ever in australia i am in some bands, and although we dont play your songs (as much as wed love too) you should come have a lisen.. lol.. its all a bit of fun.. anyhoo, may your gods whoever they are be with you, from the one and only me... xx

Man i just saw your DVD (the one with so rock and dark side) and all i can say is 'Your so god damn Rock', well ok i can say more, enjoyed every minute of it. I have a band and would love to call one of the songs 'Tony the fish' if thats ok with you, i realise your not the first to utter those words, but surely the first to use them in the context of evolution (if thats how one would describe it). Keep rockin that piano.

Lara on Monday, 21 April 2008

Sarah on Thursday, 17 April 2008

Heya Tim!!! YOU"RE AWESOME!!! I love all your music and I am your number 1 fan all my friends think your great. My family think you are hilarious and love you to!!! YOU ROCK!!! Love Sarah xox

Jordan on Wednesday, 16 April 2008

Hi, Im Jordan. im a long time fan and I love almost everything you do. But it has come to my attention that with the tours you do around australia, perth is very neglected. over here in the most secluded city on earth we dont get much entertainment, its the movies, tv and watching paint dry, and perth has become a giant hole that lacks some culture and entertainment that isnt served to us on a plate by mass media corporations. So if your in the neighbor hood, it would be nice if you could pop round. I bought So Live and it's awesome.

Brenton on Wednesday, 16 April 2008

Not the Cafe Razz...the Razz restaurant, thats what I meant to say earlier. Come play at the Razz restaurant in Springwood. Comedians love the place, come on you know you want to :p

Neehara on Tuesday, 15 April 2008

Tim you are bloody awsome! And you're a goddamn genius!!! Staing the obvious really... and I am amazed by your piano aptitude with a wide variety of styles. Love your work! Greetings from New Zealand

Peter on Monday, 14 April 2008

Well, Tim... seems your done in America as all of your shows have finished, a perfect time to come back to Western Australia and perform back in your home town i think.. good idea?? i think so!! =D

Em x on Sunday, 13 April 2008

Tim i love you! your music is amazing and never fails to make me laugh! Your gig page is empty though? i would give anyhting to see you live so spill! Anyway, keep up the great work, everyone needs someone like you to listen to! love m x

Cathy Fisher on Sunday, 13 April 2008

Am actually in love with Tim Minchin and not afraid to shout it from the roof tops etc. I have given up on real music in favour of musical comedy. I'm upset that "mitsubishi colt" is not available for download on the site! Oh yes, and come back to little old britain soon? It would be jokes. Also "So Live" on region 2 DVD would be cool. much love

Elizabeth on Sunday, 13 April 2008

I love your material, your act, everything....!!! I wanted to purchase a DVD but the price was listed in Aussie Dollars, can you sell them in the U.S. ?? When are you coming to the states ??? I know Americans will go nuts for you, if they already haven't....I happen to live in a wonderful/horrible place called "El Lay"...please come...(no puns here !!)

Emily on Saturday, 12 April 2008

TIM! 'Nothing can stop us now' is one of the most bluntly hilarious things I have heard in ages! I BEG YOU TO REVEAL THE SHEET MUSIC!

Mike on Saturday, 12 April 2008

Thanks tim, was having a rubbish day, but your pm's liberal attitude to eyebrows made it all better. Edinburgh misses you.

Jay on Friday, 11 April 2008

Latitude Festival in Suffolk UK in July ?? Is this true ? What day ? I need to be there lol

Pip Sherin on Monday, 7 April 2008

Absolutely brilliant!

odyn mcinnes on Sunday, 6 April 2008

its my birthday tommorow and i got "SO LIVE" whoooooo. it rocks

Joanne Cox on Thursday, 3 April 2008

Wow! I am in awe Tim. I was there last night, and will certainly keep a track of your career...that is barely begun! The sky is the limit with your tremendous talent! 90 minutes flew! Brilliant! God bless and here's to more good luck!

Deboz on Thursday, 3 April 2008

Tim's live shows rock. If you haven't seen him perform in person you're missing out. My girlfriend and I saw his show in NYC last night and are totally hooked. Next time he's in the States we may go Minching...like Phising, but we'll follow Tim around from venue to venue instead of some lame jam band. We'll all get high again too; this time it'll be off of his diatonic prose. He's a must see!

Thank you on Thursday, 3 April 2008

Hi Tim. I very much enjoyed your show last night. Perhaps you noticed the woman with the black eye in the front row who laughed all night... I was just wondering about The Peace Tree or was it The Tree of Peace...? Does this tree bear fruit? And if so would it have pieces of fruit or fruit peaces?

Anita on Thursday, 3 April 2008

Went to your show at the New World Stages last night and was totally wowed by your performance! The humor was intellegent and the music was actually great! A great, entertaining show. I will recommend it to friends. On piece of constructive criticism: Your lyrics are lost while you play the piano. Its a shame to not get every word!

kb on Wednesday, 2 April 2008

How ironic. The website for Tim's NY tickets also handles John Edwards......

Brenton on Wednesday, 2 April 2008

I bought So Live, coz I missed you on the Sideshow (remember that show that got cancelled for being too good)and there was no live shows in Sydney. But even tho I have you on DVD Id would still go see you the moment I knew you had show near me coz frankly you are awesome! Incidently the Cafe Razz in Springwood (in the Blue Mountains were I live, in NSW) has been getting some big name comedians in like Ahkmal and Peter Burner. I would love it if you played there, or at least somewhere in Sydney/

Jennifer on Tuesday, 1 April 2008

Dear Tim, I am a Youtube fan who found you via the Sideshow/Umbilical Brothers/Upside Down Show. Thank goodness my kids sit around and watch TV all day or I never would have made the connection! Our local paper wrote an article on ditching the plastic bags: http://fredericksburg.com/News/FLS/2008/032008/03262008/365942 I'm probably the only person in this area who connected this to you! Thanks for so many chances to laugh, cry and think all at the same time.

mel on Tuesday, 1 April 2008

Hey tim! so, my name is Mel, and I'm sitting in my room with my friend Ash watching so live - and loving it by the way... Anyway, we're from Melbourne, and are quite shattered that you're not doing the comedy festival this year :-( The both of us happen to be drama students of Mike Frenchy...who apparently knows you from back in the days of drama school...well either that or he enjoys lying...remarkable isn't it? so, my point, a large portion of the class were overcome with joy when Frenchy told us of this little connection - and we told him that he should somehow convince you to come all the way from where ever in London it is you live, to Australia, and visit his year elevens... just a though. keep up the laughs you enigmatic man... mel. ps. i appreciate your feet affectation...
