Seeing You means so much to my daughter and me. Thank you! I've been a fan for years. Love all your work. When I heard Seeing You, it hit me that it makes me think of my daughter. My daughter used to be my son. Somewhere in the middle of her college career in Toledo, Ohio, she told her mom and me she felt like our daughter rather than our son. We have fully supported her in this country turning rotten with bigotry. We live in Columbus, Ohio, so the opening lyric made me think of her leaving home for college, and then the whole song just became a tribute to her (as if you am singing from my perspective). I told her this. We cried. Then she told me now she thinks of it as if you are singing from her perspective as she looks in the mirror (a slowly transforming appearance before her - her new self emerging). I know you didn't intend this meaning, but oh my how this song floods us with emotions. Thank you.

Hi Tim Just finished watching Upright S01 - What a fantastic story and great acting as well- Can't help thinking that there are elements of truth throughout the whole saga? Last episode was touching and heartfelt- I have been thru my own personal tragic story with my late brother- we never reconciled before his death from bowel cancer- Am looking forward to purchasing S02 on DVD on 24 May !! I love your emotional heartfelt piano solos tinged with a little synthesizer background ( I am an avid Brian Eno synth head!) Perhaps you could do an album of piano/synthi ambient album in future? I am sure if you approached Brian Eno he would jump at the chance to collaborate with you? Also I take heart from the fact that you changed your life completely around by simply changing your hairstyle!! I am a nerdy flat topped egghead dreaming of the future possibilities. Tim, Please go on tour as soon as possible. Of prime importance on this tour, is the Sangamon Auditorium in Springfeild Illinois, USA. Although you have not scheduled this tour yet, I have already secured my tickets well in advance. I shall be in the mezzanine section, in seat J 14, wearing a T-shirt that says either "Don't Panic" or "Nope" with a drop of water emoji where the o goes. Perhaps you could be so kind as to acknowledge me from the stage, as it will be my birthday that night. Thank you so much, I am looking forward to it. JRR H
