Hi Tim, I went to your show last night at HPC Perth. It was an awesome show. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry all at the same time. You and your band are incredible musicians and supremely talented. It was great to hear a trumpet at a concert live. I love the way you think. You make me evaluate my values and what I really think and feel about things in life. It's like having a lesson in opening up my mind to other people and there values. We need more people like you in the world. Anyway I wish you and your family every success and happiness in life. Lyall

Hi Tim and everyone, wanted to say I recently ordered the Groundhog Day CD and it arrived yesterday. A strange thing has happened- it’s been playing over and over and over, just like its GH day. Ok, I put it on repeat. I cannot stop listening to it and with every listen it’s more and more amazing, rousing, hilarious. Now I’m just so upset wondering when the live production will tour again!? You are a genius. Thank you.

Hi Tim! My 10 year old son, Blaise, got completely inspired by your song 'F Sharp'. He spent hours on Garageband creating the piano backing track and adding vocals. All from scratch! He did such a great job that I promised to share it with you. Listen to F Sharp Cover by Max Tilley on #SoundCloud https://on.soundcloud.com/wkta0461cuCAkuoQ0B Thank you for inspiring the next generation. Now to introduce him to The Rutles! All the best Max Tilley

Dear Tim. We went to your concert in Canberra tonight. We have to drive 2 +1/2 hours and stay overnight. It was very well worth that effort. There were many moments that made us laugh and cry and think deeply about my life and where to from here. We are in our senior years and enjoyed it all immensely. We have followed your career from the beginning and as rusted on nerds will continue to do so. I saw Matilda the musical live in Sydney and enjoyed that very much. Would love to see Groundhog if it comes our way. Thanks again for all the music and the chat. Loved it all. Love to you and your family. Coral Sechtig.

Went to your Melbourne show last week and all the performances were fantastic. I particularly loved the addition of trumpet and oboe to the instruments. The only thing that let the night down was the bright white flashing lights aimed directly at the audience which were very distracting. At the tram stop after the show I even heard someone say they shut their eyes when the lights started flashing.

I saw your show in Brisbane on Friday with my partner. I have never seen a crowd so obedient to putting their phones down. We all desperately wanted to photograph the real life Tim Minchin for ourselves. Many took the sneaky blurry shots that will forever be the bragging point over Christmas dinner. The recovery from accidentally entertaining the comedian in the crowd, to the perfectly balanced sound was amazing. Thank you for giving us almost an hour of extra entertainment. Absolutely worth it. I'm so glad I saw this before seeing Metallica tickets. It would have been a hard choice. Probably would have still chosen you. This is a big tick on my life bucket list.

Great sound in Brisbane last night - could hear every instrument. (I whinged about the mixing on your previous visit; sorry).

Hello team Tim! Fantastic show last night! Laughed and cried and had a renewed sense of life and humanity leaving the theatre. Bravo! I need to know the name of the brilliant song you wrote this year about "what its like to be in my head" (I'll do all of those things and then maybe you'll come to me) - whoa!! Is it available anywhere? Spotify etc?
