White Wine in the Sun

Hey! All November, December and January proceeds from Tim’s sentimental Christmas song White Wine In The Sun will be going to Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) again this year, a charity that supports Australian children and adults on the spectrum.

If you already have the song, you might like to gift it via iTunes or donate directly here.

There are two versions; the 2009 solo version and the 2012 studio version, with strings, french horn and more.

Here are a few more places you can download the 2012 single internationally: iTunes, Amazon (UK), Amazon (US) and 7digital.

Tim’s 2017 performance of the song, on The Late Late Show with James Corden, has a beautiful strings arrangement by Iain Grandage and a great many twinkly candles:

Is Aspect receiving donations again this year, 2020?

Kate SB Lobero usher on 1st of January 2020

Tim,
Our Lobero lead usher generally sends me the link to “White wine in the sun” each year allowing me to muse and have some intelligent grounds for belly laughter; the recording is appreciated anew each time (and not just coz it’s pernicious) 🌞 Remembering all the insightful absurdities you have showered upon us during your shows at the Lobero, Santa Barbara over the past decade. Glad you are back in your homeland and engaged with such a satisfying new project; wishing you abundant other creative expressions. We of course would like to see that series come to the US. Am making a donation to the Lobero in your honor— carry on in your ‘carrying on” and more power to you, Radiant One🌟Thank you!

I love this song. As an Australian living in Canada, this song has always made me very homesick. After my sister passed away in 2015, I was unable to listen to it for a few years, but I am now able to again, though with an emotional response. Every year for Christmas I continue to donate to a charity for her Christmas present as I did when she was alive. This year I have donated to Aspect.
