Cat in the Hat theme song release! Woohoo. (The movie is absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to see it all finished on the big screeeeeeen.)
I love this beautiful reimagining of the story of The Cat In The Hat, and was pumped when the team asked me to write his song. The question we asked ourselves was, “if The Cat (being a genius, but perhaps not exactly a gifted songwriter!) made up a little theme tune to sing to himself when he was on his missions, what bonkersness would he come up with? And how would we lowly humans then translate that bit of Cat insanity into an absolute banger?” Well… Voila!
