TweetA new first for me – a thing I helped make got an Emmy Nomination!
I got to work with the amazing Kim Gehrig again (directed “Play It Safe”), this time on this gorgeous film for Apple, which celebrates the mindblowing ways technology can help people living with disability attain the lofty dream of wasting their college years like everybody else.
The whole project was awash with the most wonderful (and yes, remarkable) humans, and I was so stoked to be involved.
Update 06/09/26: The film, directed by Kim Gehrig and produced by Somesuch, won the Emmy for Outstanding Commercial at the 78th Emmy Awards in Los Angeles.

As a neuroinclusion consultant in Melbourne who follows Tim’s work, this has put a huge smile on my face. Congratulations. A simple message that is authentic and inclusive.

Bloody brilliant! I am a Teacher of the Deaf, will be sharing this with my students and their teachers; as well as all my fabulous colleagues in the Visiting Teacher Service who are dedicated to supporting students with a wide range of disabilities enrolled in their local ( general education) schools.
